Other Disturbances / Areas to Watch
We continue to expect a disturbance to form over the northern Gulf Coast early next week. This disturbance is expected to remain onshore. Thus, no tropical development is expected. However, enhanced showers and storms are likely around the 4th of July for parts of the northern Gulf coast due to this disturbance.

Disturbance 11 is located along 52.5W. It is moving to the west around 20 mph. This motion is expected to bring the system into the Windward Islands late today or early tomorrow. While no tropical development is expected, the wave could bring gusty winds and enhanced rains to the Windward Islands.

Disturbance 12 has formed near 7.5N, 31W. This is a weak area of low pressure. It is moving to the west at 15 to 20 mph. Due to the presence of dry, Saharan air, there is a near zero percent chance of tropical development.
