Subtropical Storm Oscar has formed in the central Atlantic about 1150 miles east-southeast of Bermuda. The system is forecast to become fully tropical tomorrow. Oscar will likely gradually strengthen over the next few days as it tracks towards the west and southwest. The storm is forecast to turn towards the north and northeast next week. No land areas will be impacted over the next several days.
