Other Disturbances / Areas to Watch
Disturbance 49 has been relatively stationary along 81W since yesterday. However, it is expected to move westward into Central America by tonight. Conditions are only marginally favorable for development. Also, the system has a very limited time over water before moving ashore. Therefore, development chances remain low. That being said, we have raised development chances slightly to 20 percent.

Disturbance 53 is located along 48W and is moving westward near 15 mph. Development chances remain near 10 percent. The system is likely to remain weak as it tracks into the Caribbean during the Wednesday and Thursday time frame. It is expected to enhance shower and thunderstorm activity over the Lesser Antilles and the eastern Caribbean on Wednesday and Thursday.

The remnants of Nadine and Disturbance 48 are falling apart. We have removed the systems from our analysis.
