The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has confirmed that the revetment operations at Myrtle Grove remain on schedule to be completed on Monday, February 7, 2022.
The USACE has also confirmed that the scheduled revetment operations at Kenner Bend have been cancelled for this season, the revetment operations on the Ship Channel will be completed when the work at Myrtle Grove is completed. The FY 2021 Revetment Operations will be complete early next week and the FY 2022 sites will be determined at a later date expected to start in the Fall 2022.

The Mat Sinking Unit (MSU) will operate with scheduled working hours for revetment operations from 0600 hours to 1900 hours. Although, completion is dependent upon multiple factors that could mean work for the day completes before or after 1900 hours.
