See HERE for a letter from the Crescent Pilots discussing ETA’s for vessels. Vessels arriving early poses logistical problems involving pilot availability.
- Vessels arriving more than 2 hours before the stated time and desiring a pilot is subject to a charge of $1,352.30.
- CRPPA requires a 6 hour advance notice of any ETA change of more than 2 hours.
Additionally, the next to last paragraph announces that as of January 1, 2024; CRPPA will no longer participate in the BAR Pilot Agent Reporting Portal (ARP).
