The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has confirmed that the revetment operations at Myrtle Grove are now expected to start at 0600 hours on Wednesday, January 26, 2022.
The new schedule is reproduced below and shows the updated schedule for the two revetment locations on the Mississippi River Ship Channel.
The expected transit restrictions at Myrtle Grove and Kenner Bend are for one-way transits with a slow bell.
The Big River Coalition’s Corps 2022 Revetment Schedule and Transit Restrictions Update 12022 is attached with the schedule of work as provided by the USACE on January 10, 2022.

The Mat Sinking Unit (MSU) will operate with scheduled working hours for revetment operations from 0600 hours to 1900 hours. Although, completion is dependent upon multiple factors that could mean work for the day completes before or after 1900 hours.
