Annual Permit User Fee for each permit held by an individual, partnership, association or corporate broker.

·       Fee: $150.33

·       Due: January 29, 2021

Triennial Status Fee and Report due every three (3) years from each licensed individual and corporate license holder.

·       Fee: $100.00

·       Due: February 28, 2021
