From CRPPA President Michael Bopp:

1. See the attached letter for official notice.  As noted, the parameters for these charges have been in the tariff for quite some time.
2. For an inbound vessel, notice would be given at least six hours prior to cross-in.
3. Off-duty pilots will be called “during those periods when all duty pilots have assignments, or have not received proper rest”.  This situation is not something that can be accurately predicted.  It will be dependent on each day’s activity.
