Due to the LMR reaching 16 feet on the Carrollton Gauge, NOBRA has implemented additional high water restrictions including:

Mile 170.0 to 232.2, all vessels shall be daylight only.

This emergency procedure shall remain in effect until the Baton Rouge Gauge has a reading of 40 feet and falling in combination with the Carrollton Gauge reading 16 feet and falling.
