For the information of all mariners the Dredge CAPT FRANK is extending approximately 1300ft into the navigable channel from the LDB at MM99.5 AHP restricting traffic in the area.   No meeting or overtaking between deep draft vessels, and deep draft vessels and tows with more than 2 barges is directed.  For further information vessels may contact the Dredge on VHF FM Ch-72/67 or VTS LMR on VHF FM Ch-12.
