From NOBRA President CAPT Steven Hathorn:

The forecast for the Baton Rouge area has the low temperature in the twenties with 100 % chance  of precipitation. It appears the roads will ice over at some point tonight. With this in mind we have decided to suspend operations above mile 165(Burnside Anchorage). Some vessels underway to this area now might have to be anchored before reaching their final destination. We will reopen this area as soon as it can be determined it is safe to transit the roads. If the roads are safe we will reopen early tomorrow morning.

Thanks
