The Marine Desk & CBP Operations Desk located on the Customhouse First Floor, 423 Canal Street, Suite 186, will reopen for normal business hours today, Monday, February 8, 2021.

The affected Customhouse areas have been sanitized out of an abundance of caution due to COVID-19.  We have no information that the CBP employee has been in close contact with anyone from industry.  CBP New Orleans is open for business.

Effective immediately, the Marine Desk and CBP Operations Desk located on the Customhouse first floor, 423 Canal Street, Suite 186, will temporarily relocatebecause a CBP employee has tested positive for COVID-19 and the area will be sanitized.

The Customhouse is being sanitized out of an abundance of caution due to COVID-19.  We have no information that the CBP employee has been in close contact with anyone from industry.  CBP New Orleans is open for business.

Please utilize the neworleansopsdesk@cbp.dhs.gov email to make notifications of vessel arrivals/updates to the Operations Desk. Phone notifications should not be made to 670-2270 but instead to 303-7663

Notification will be sent once the area is sanitized.
