Disturbance 22 is located over 1400 miles to the east of the Cape Verde Islands along 39W. Thunderstorm activity had decreased with the disturbance over the past 24 hours. It is moving to the west near 23 mph. Environmental conditions are unfavorable for development. This disturbance may enhance shower and thunderstorm activity across the Lesser Antilles later this weekend into Monday. There is a near zero percent chance of tropical development.
Disturbance 23 has been identified along the west coast of Africa along 17W. It is producing scattered thunderstorms as it pushes off the coast. It is moving to the west at 15 mph. This disturbance has a near zero percent chance of development due to unfavorable environmental conditions.
Disturbance 21 dissipated across the central Caribbean and was removed from our analysis.
