Disturbance 21 is moving into the southern Windward Islands. It is moving to the west near 20 mph. Enhanced showers and storms are expected today for the southern Windward Islands. However, there is a near zero percent chance of tropical cyclone formation.

Disturbance 22 has formed in the east Atlantic south of the Cape Verde Islands along 24W. It is moving to the west near 15 mph. Environmental conditions are not favorable for development. There is a near zero percent chance of tropical development.
