PURPOSE
The purpose of this Notice is to invite written comments regarding the request (attached) by Dupuy Storage and Forwarding Company to change the fee schedule at the New Orleans CES. Comments must be received in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of this Trade Notice.
BACKGROUND
Prior to a decision being made regarding the CES operator’s request for a change in the fee schedule, as set forth in 19 C.F.R. §118.2, the public is invited to submit written comments to the Port Director regarding this request.
