Please accept the two attached letters linked here and here issued recently to acknowledge key leadership appointments to leadership of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

The letters were issued by NOAA’s Federal Advisory Committee, the Hydrographic Services Review Panel after Dr. Richard Spinard was appointed as the NOAA Administrator (Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere) and when Ms. Nicole LeBoeuf was appointed as NOAA’s Assistant Administrator (Ocean Services and Coastal Zone Management).

As the newly appointed Co-Chair of the Hydrographic Services Review Panel I embrace representing navigational challenges and advocating for advancements both Dr. Spinard and Ms. LeBoeuf.
