The following will be in effect at Shell Norco when the New Orleans gage reaches 16 feet and rising:

Ships and Ocean Going Barges will be required to keep a minimum of two hold-in tugs. Masters should seek pilot advice and use discretion when determining if additional tugs are needed.

The same is cancelled when the New Orleans gage reaches 16 feet and falling.
