Our 2019 LAMA Annual Meeting is now set for Tuesday, December 3, 2019.
We will hold the meeting as before at the Hilton, New Orleans Airport.
The meeting format is as follows:
- LAMA Membership Business Meeting (2:00 to 2:45)
- LAMA Maritime Conference (3:00 – 4:30)
- Social Reception (4:30 – 6:30)
The LAMA Membership/Business Meeting (2:00 – 2:45pm) is held in accordance with the LAMA By–Laws.
(Note: This session is open to LAMA Agent and Associate Members only.)
At 3:00 pm, following the Membership/Business Meeting and a short break, our general Maritime Conference session will begin.
Our Maritime Conference guests will include representatives from the Ports, River Pilots, USCG, USCBP, USACE, NCB, etc.
All representatives will be given an opportunity to provide updates on current operations and the status on issues pertinent to the maritime industry.
A social networking reception follows the Maritime Conference session with good food, open bar, and beverages provided to all attendees.
