As a result of the Carrollton Gage reading 11.94’ at 0600 this morning and continuing to fall; all high river recommendations from the Federal Pilots have been rescinded.

Normal operations resume effective immediately.

To Whom It May Concern:
As a result of the Carrollton Gauge reading 12’ and continuing to rise; The Federal Pilots are implementing the following operational restrictions effective immediately.
- All mooring operations requiring a line boat will be conducted during daylight hours only. Normal mooring operations will resume once the Carrollton Gauge reaches 12’ and falling.
- For purposes of determining daylight, the official times of sunrise and sunset shall be used.
