RE: Crescent River Port Pilots’ Association Tariff Adjustment

To Our Valued Customers and Agents:
Please find enclosed a schedule of new tariff rates for the Crescent River Port Pilots’ Association (“CRPPA”) to be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Louisiana Pilotage Fee Commission (the “Commission”) Order No. P15-002/P15-003, consolidated, effective August 1, 2015 (the “Order”). Six (6) new pilots will be added on May 1, 2019, increasing the total pilot complement from 114 to 120. Pursuant to the Order, CRPPA is authorized to adjust tariff rates to recover the expense of adding up to four (4) newly commissioned pilots in excess of 114. Accordingly, effective May 1, 2019, a total increase of 1.82% in general tariff rates and fees will be implemented to recover the expenses of four additional pilots over the currently authorized complement of 114.
