The ANGLO ALEXANDRIA has been reflected.  The USCG has rescinded their closure and the Lower Mississippi River is now open to navigation at MM 3.5 Above Head of Passes for vessels with a draft of 30 feet or less pending USACE surveys.  Pilots will cross-in 7 inbound vessels, followed by outbounds, etc.
