The Carrollton Gauge reads 11.77’ and is falling.
The Federal Pilots have confirmed their 12’ Restrictions (attached) have been rescinded.
CRPPA has confirmed that per their letter (attached) the 12’ Restrictions are rescinded and the 8’ provisions apply.
NOBRA’s 12’ Restrictions letter (attached) states that the “..high-water restriction will be in effect until the Carrollton Gage reaches twelve (12) feet and falling.”
Accordingly, all 12’ River Restrictions have been rescinded.
The BAR Pilots and Federal Pilots SWP Entry Restrictions are still in effect.

As a result of the Carrollton Gage reading 12’ and continuing to rise; The Federal Pilots are implementing thefollowing operational restrictions.
- All head down landings will cease until the Carrollton Gage reads 12’ and falling.
- All mooring operations requiring a line boat will be conducted during daylight hours only. Normal mooring operations will resume once the Carrollton Gage reaches 12’ and falling.
- Chalmette Slip operations will be conducted with the assistance of two tractor tugs during daylight hours only. Normal operations will resume once the Carrollton Gage reaches 12’ and falling.
- For purposes of determining daylight, the official times of sunrise and sunset shall be used.
- All operational recommendations shall return to normal once the Carrollton Gage reaches 12’ andfalling.
