1. All head down landings will cease until the Carrollton Gage reads 12’ and falling.
2. All mooring operations requiring a line boat will be conducted during daylight hours only.
Normal mooring operations will resume once the Carrollton Gage reaches 12’ and falling.
3. Chalmette Slip operations will be conducted with the assistance of two tractor tugs during daylight hours only.
Normal operations will resume once the Carrollton Gage reaches 12’ and falling.
4. For purposes of determining daylight, the official times of sunrise and sunset shall be used.

As a result of the Carrollton Gage reading 12’ and continuing to rise; The Federal Pilots are implementing thefollowing operational restrictions.
- All head down landings will cease until the Carrollton Gage reads 12’ and falling.
- All mooring operations requiring a line boat will be conducted during daylight hours only. Normal mooring operations will resume once the Carrollton Gage reaches 12’ and falling.
- Chalmette Slip operations will be conducted with the assistance of two tractor tugs during daylight hours only. Normal operations will resume once the Carrollton Gage reaches 12’ and falling.
- For purposes of determining daylight, the official times of sunrise and sunset shall be used.
- All operational recommendations shall return to normal once the Carrollton Gage reaches 12’ andfalling.
