With no significant tropical features in the Atlantic Basin and no development expected over the coming weeks, the 2018 Atlantic hurricane season has likely ended. We will resume this Daily Briefing prior to the start of the 2019 hurricane season on May 15th.

Of course, if we identify any tropical threat between now and next season, we will resume this Daily Briefing and possibly initiate advisories.
