This Marine Safety Information Bulletin (MSIB) supersedes MSIB Volume XVIII, Issues 60 and 61.

The Captain of the Port (COTP) New Orleans has lifted all advisories and/or restrictions.

Mariner information: Although waterways are operating as normal, Aids to Navigation may be damaged or missing in some areas. Mariners transiting these areas should use caution, and report any Aids to Navigation damage or other waterways issues to VTS LMR via VHF-FM Channel 5A, 12, or 67, or via landline at (504) 365-2230.
