LMR is open to navigation with the following notices:

1. Due to construction barges extending 230 ft. into the navigable waterway at ADM Growmark, MM-117.8 RDB, a VTS Measure has been established for one-way, no meeting or overtaking, between all ships and large tow boats, from MM-117.3 to MM-118.3. In addition, slowest safe speed and minimal wake are required.The construction barges are properly lit. There will be a contact boat on scene, M/V MISS LAURIE, after 0300 Friday, June 29. 2. Due to salvage operations in the vicinity of Darrow Fleet at MM176.4 AHP, slowest safe speed and wide berth are requested from all deep draft traffic during daylight hours. Operations are expected to be complete by July 9, 2018. For further information, vessels may contact the M/V TUSCALOOSA on VHF FM channel 67.
