SUBJECT: Lade Order and Vessel Entrance & Clearance Statement Refresher Training
The Port of Gramercy will be offering a refresher training on the Tri-Port requirements for the submission of Lade Orders (CBP 3171) and Vessel Entrance and Clearance Statements (CBP 1300). The training is meant for personnel within each agency that are actually completing and submitting the CBP 3171 and CBP 1300.
This training will be conducted at the Port of Gramercy office at 110 N. Airline Ave. Gramercy, LA 70052 on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at 10:00 am. Seating is limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Please RSVP by contacting the Port of Gramercy at (225) 8693765 no later than Friday, December 4, 2015.
The training will focus on the Tri-Port requirements when submitting lade orders and the entrance and clearance statements. Questions beyond this scope or for other ports will be tabled for a later response.
