Starting Friday February 7 through Sunday February 9, 2025, CBP offices located on the Customhouse first floor, 423 Canal Street, Suite 186, will temporarily relocate due to traffic congestion and street closures in the downtown area associated with Super Bowl 59.
Temporary CBP Port Office information for the dates listed above is as follows:

Marine Desk-These changes will NOT affect the processing of filings posted in the Vessel Entrance and Clearance System (VECS). CBP personnel will also be monitoring the tri-port mailbox: VECS_TRIPORT_NOL@cbp.dhs.gov
We will be granting an extension until Monday February 10, 2025, for any incomplete export manifests that are due Thursday February 6 through Sunday February 9, 2025.
Operations will resume as normal on Monday February 10, 2025.
