Section II 

Item 6. Berthing Prior. Change from $7500 per hour to $9,000 per hour

Item 9. Dead Berth Charge: Change from $7500 per hour to $9,000 per hour.

                

Item 15. Tugs assistance: Delete  “for vessels shorter than 500 feet and three (3) tugs for vessels 500 feet or longer”

 

Section III

Item 5. Continuous rediness – Change from 7500 to $9000

Item 12. Vacating Berth: Change from $7500 per hour to $9,000 per hour

Item 13. Continuous loading : Change from $7500 per hour to $9,000 per hour

Item 25. Water. Please add: Notice for water to be given prior to loading.

 

 

Section IV

Change Dockage rate from $3.60 to $3.70

 

Item 12. Tugs

Change From 3796.00 per tug to $4555.20

Plus tonnage charge of from 27.74 to $32.85 per 1,000 grt

 

Shifting  alongside: from 3796 to $4555.20

Plus tonnage charge of from 27.74 to $32.85 per 1,000 grt

 

 

Stand By Time: Change from 803 to $963.60 per hour per tug

 

Hold Ins: from 894.25 to $1073.10

                From 1076.75 to 1292.10 per hour ASD tractor tug

 

Reporting Charge: From 1776.00 to $2153.50 per tug

 

Towage not covered above:

                                From 894.25 to $1073.10 per hour per tug

                                From 10375.75 to $1292.10 per hour per ASD tractor tug

 

High River Surcharge: Change from 5% …. 15.0’ or higher

                                                To: 10% …. 14.0’ or higher
