Beginning Saturday November 3, 2023, the New Orleans Marine Desk will be open for New Orleans Tri-Port paper (non-automated) vessel entrance and clearance transactions from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays for in-person appointments.
The Ports of Gramercy and Baton Rouge Marine Divisions are not open for weekend appointments.
To make a weekend appointment, send your request to the New Orleans Tri-Port mailbox: VECS_TRIPORT_NOL@cbp.dhs.gov
Filings submitted in the Vessel Entrance and Clearance System (VECS) will continue to be processed on weekends. There are no weekend closures for automated Vessel Entrance and Clearance System [VECS] transactions.
Vessel agents are strongly encouraged to use CBP’s automated system, VECS, for Tri-Port vessel entrance and clearance transactions.
