1. This Marine Safety Information Bulletin (MSIB) supersedes MSIB Volume XXIII, Issue 010 Update 01.

2. The planned salvage operations for the sunken barge at MM 232.2 AHP LMR have been cancelled until further notice.

3. The Coast Guard Captain of the Port, New Orleans will notify the greater maritime community when the salvage operations will commence and any restriction necessary for the safe removal of the barge.
