At this link is a letter from NOBRA regarding the daily closure at Mile 107 and will expire upon completion of the Entergy Project at Mile 107 (estimated July 27).

“NOBRA pilots are taking order for ships transiting between Mile 180 AHP and Mile 234 during nighttime hours.

These transits will require two pilots on board.  A second pilot will board at Burnside on all all northbound changes and will disembark at Burnside on any southbound change.”
