The Federal Pilots have issued the following high water restriction:
As a result of the Carrollton Gauge reading 12’ and continuing to rise; The Federal Pilots are implementing the following operational restrictions effective immediately.
As a result of the Carrollton Gauge reading 12’ and continuing to rise; The Federal Pilots are implementing the following operational restrictions effective immediately.
1. All mooring operations requiring a line boat will be conducted during daylight hours only. Normal mooring operations will resume once the Carrollton Gauge reaches 12’ and falling.
2. For purposes of determining daylight, the official times of sunrise and sunset shall be used.
