2^nd Quarter 2021 Pilot Pension Surcharges

Crescent River Port Pilots: 26.27 mills per DWT
New Orleans-Baton Rouge Steamship Pilots: 17.40 mills per DWT (they state it as a decimal number in their tariff, i.e. 0.01740000, but 17.40 is the equivalent for calculating)
