The following procedures apply:
- The ship’s Captain fill out the form at https://portministry.com/seafarer-resources/vaccination.
- Once Global Maritime Ministry receives the information they will add it to their schedule.
- When the ship arrives in port, the Ministry will contact the Captain and work out details about how and when they can schedule the vaccinations.
While there is no charge for the vaccinations; all Ministry services, including the cost of transportation and supplies are supported by and through donations. Please consider making a donation when setting up vaccinations.
From the Ministry – “We know that we will not be able to fulfill every request, but we do look forward to cooperating with others in the maritime community to help these essential workers get vaccinated so they can safely return home to their families. Any questions can be sent to VACCINATIONS@PortMinistry.com
Also, attached is a letter from the Coast Guard and the updated approved access list of Port Ministry volunteers. The Ministry would be very grateful if agents would use this list as a reference and include the names on the various gate lists.
