NOBRA has just issued their High Water Restrictions.  

Effective immediately and continuing until the Carrollton Gauge reaches 12’ and Falling:

“Mooring and unmooring operations at all mid-stream transfer facilities and any berth that requires the use of a mooring boat shall be restricted to daylight hours.”
