Mariners should make every effort to keep their TWIC card valid and the earlier people begin the process with the TSA for renewal of their TWIC, the better. A link is provided below for people to check and see if their closest enrollment center is currently open.
If not, there are procedures detailed in the bulletin for having their TWIC processed at another facility that is open.
