Captain Michael Miller, BAR Pilot President has informed that the pilots are discussing a reduction to the maximum recommended draft for SWP at this time. He anticipates a reduction to 45’ will occur this morning, January 28. For vessels loading at this time; it is recommended not to load past 45 feet.
