There has been an addition to the requirements for sending the Commercial Vessel Notice of Arrival via email. You must now specify whether there is known sickness or illness onboard the vessel. If you are manually typing the form, the second attachment to this email shows the format you should use to include the required information. If you are using the automated CVN submission system, it is currently being updated to reflect this change and when it’s finished you will see the new question in the form with the option to select yes or no. in the meantime just include a note in the comments section stating that there is or is not sickness or illness onboard.
