As a result of the Carrollton gauge reading 12’ and continuing to rise; the Associated Federal Pilots and Docking Masters of Louisiana
are making the following recommendations to be effective at sunset on January 13, 2020.
1. All mooring operations requiring a line boat shall be conducted during daylight only.
2. All head down landings shall cease.
For the purpose of these recommendations, the official times of sunrise and sunset shall be used.
Normal operational recommendations shall resume once the Carrollton gauge reaches 12’ and continues to fall.
