M/V SBI HURCULES remains anchored at MM 15 BHP with two assist tugs, along the western edge of the channel. A VTS measure is in effect restricting inbound/outbound deep draft vessels to 47 ft. draft or less, and for one-way traffic and slowest safe speed from MM-14 to MM-16 BHP.
