Due to the Dredge GEORGIA located 900 ft into the river from Napoleon Ave Wharf MM-99.7 LDB, one-way traffic, no meeting or overtaking, is directed for ships and large towing vessels from MM-99 to MM-100. The dredge is discharging approximately 725 ft from the east (LDB) bank.
