SUBJECT: Port of Baton Rouge Phone System Inoperable
Please be advised that due to a technical malfunction, the regular phone line, (225) 389-0261, at the Port of Baton Rouge is unable to receive incoming calls. In order to schedule an appointment at for Marine Operations or if you have trade related questions, please call (225) 757-7703. In the interim, this will be the temporary telephone number used until further notice. Marine Operations requests and all other trade related matters can still be communicated via email at CBP-OFO-BatonRouge@cbp.dhs.gov.
The Port Director can be reached at (225) 445-2233 should a matter require immediate attention.
