This storm is moving very slow.  So, there is no way to tell when the LMR might be reopened to navigation.

However, in preparation of reopening, I’ve been asked to query the agents to get the following information.

Report only one of the following two categories:

1. Ships immediately ready to sail out of the LMR, or
2. Ship immediately ready to go straight to a berth (NOT to an anchorage).
