Heavy weather associated with Invest 92L is forecast for the GOM arriving off SWP Thursday morning.
Captain Michael Miller, President of the BAR Pilots has provided the following:

Due to the uncertainty surrounding development, path and strength, if we need to shut down it may come with very little notice.
