Disturbance 4 has been identified across the eastern Caribbean Sea along 63W. It is moving to the west at 18 mph. It is not expected to develop. It will enhance shower and thunderstorm activity across northern Venezuela and Colombia this weekend. Elsewhere, tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the next 7 days.
