The eNOAD Website https://enoad.nvmc.uscg.gov and the NVMC Web Servicehttps://noad.nvmc.uscg.gov/noadwebservice/noadwebservice.asmx were back online at approximately 6:43pm Eastern. The NVMC Website https://www.nvmc.uscg.gov is not currently available, but may become available in the next few days. If you need anything from the NVMC Website, such as a Workbook 7.6, please contact the NVMC.

If a submiter did not receive USCG and CBP APIS receipts for an emailed submission they should be told to resubmit promptly.
