Subject: RE: Marine Dock Procedure for Low/High Water Stages – February 21, 2019 The river stage as observed at Baton Rouge has now reached 40 ft.  

At this time, service to ships and ocean going barges is now suspended.  Box barges continue to be prohibited and a 24-hr standby tow to protect the dock has been established.  Based on the 28 day river forecast, these restrictions are not forecasted to lift until 2H March.  I will revert with updates as needed.
