The SBI HYDRA (Draft 42’8”), while transiting down bound, lost power while turning down into SWP. The vessel is now aground just below Head of Passes.Three (3) tugs are working the vessel at this time. Attempting to get more tugs to assist. Vessels with a draft of 35’ or less are able to pass at this time.
