From the U.S. Coast Guard.  Effective 8:30 pm today, Saturday, January 05, 2019, the following V.T.S. measure is in effect with the following provisions.  All Sea-going deep draft vessels are restricted to a maximum draft of 44 feet from Mile Marker 2 to Mile Marker 4 above Head of Passes.
